Shipping, Returns, and Advice

Welcome to the wordy yet useful Little Shop of Hot Sauce shipping, return, and advice section.  If you have any questions about the sauces or items, please email me and I’ll discuss different flavor profiles and make some great recommendations.

I use USPS and charge the flat rate to balance things out slightly between local and national shipping (including boxes and packaging).  Normal orders shouldn’t be more than the flat rate but if it’s 15lb and more, it starts to go up in price, and I’ll ask if you want to pay the extra charge and ship it in a way to make it as cost efficient as possible unless you’re spending tons of money and then I’ll suck it up.

 

I do my best to ship within two days.  I usually drop it off at the UPS store near me instead of the post office directly so it generally takes an extra half day or day.  If for any reason I’m running late on the shipment I will let you know and will throw in extra goodies.

 

I do my best to wrap things properly but occasionally things break.  If that is the case, please email littleshopofhotsauce@gmail.com with your name and order number, a picture of the damaged items, and I will send you replacements free of charge and refund/substitute in case I am out of those items temporarily.

I really pride myself on customer satisfaction and getting some great stuff to you.  Because it’s online, you might get a bottle of hot sauce that you don’t like, so if that is the case, just send me a picture of the item and your order number in an email and I’ll go over some flavor profiles with you and either exchange or refund you in full.

I truly appreciate your purchase and always stuff a bunch of business cards in each order so feel free to spread the word!
